Atmavikasa is now shifted to a cool new location. Away from the madding
crowd, traffic and concrete structures, our new shala reflects the ancient
principles of Yoga. It is natural, simple and deeply spiritual. We are
placed at Ramakrishnanagar, a peaceful suburb just two kms away from
the old shala.
Our yoga shala is located at:
Atmavikasa Yoga Kutira, 18, 80ft Road, Near Andolana Circle,Vasu Layout,

DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE OLD SHALA
Drive straight to Andolana circle from Kuvempu Nagar
double road
keep driving about 200 m towards Ring road
On the left you will see State bank of India
Drive 10 m from it. You will see a big board that says "atmavikasa yoga kutira"
cross the road and turn right
drive 50m. and you will see the studio on left hand
side
